I have smooth solid maple stairs and made it clear that I did not want any damage from the hoses. Jose did not have enough pads (which seemed damp) to protect all of my stair treads. I supplied some blankets that he attempted to wrap the hoses with. After Jose left, I noted that 5 of my stair treads had the edge and finish noticeably worn down by the hoses which will need repair. Other than that, the carpets look good and they actually dried within the 4-6 hours Jose quoted which is a first for us.
You could make this right by providing the technician with enough pads to cover a flight of wood stairs to prevent damage.

The original time was changed without any notification. There is two sticky spots in the middle. The guy worked hard,but am worried about spot that is still on carpet . That it will get worse. I have used zero res before and not had a spot left.

The quality of service is # 1 with us. We always make a special request that Jose do our carpet cleaning because he is professional, efficient, and gets the work done in a timely manner.
There's never a 'chemical smell' after Zerorez has cleaned the rugs, carpets and couches. Everything looks and smells fresh and clean. The service agents are very thorough, and the company is driven to provide great customer satisfaction, even in the unlikely event of the need for a 'do-over'.

I like that no harsh chemicals are used
I have used your services in the past but my last carpet cleaning I was having a party 2days after and when I moved my sofa noticed the tech never cleaned the carpet under the sofa and loveseat. This has only happened one other time but disappointing and not worth what I spent.
Carpet looks great, no chemical smell. Technician arrived on time, was friendly and efficient and even left booties to keep our shoes off the carpet until it dried.
He did a solid job.

There are white spots where the technician spot cleaned and his response was not acceptable. I have to replace the carpet in my closet now or just live with the damage.
