We have lived in this house for 12 years. We have seven grandchildren visiting often, and two dogs. I tried cleaning our carpets with a carpet cleaner once but with sad results. My husband had researched Zerorez on line and had been calling for a couple of years to get someone out. We were disappointed when we were told they didn't service the high desert. I had seen a Zerorez van in Wrightwood and with some kind help was put in touch with Dennis. He came out and cleaned our front room, dining room, family room and stairs. He also cleaned a 5'X7' wool area rug we had in the family room. I am truly amazed!!! The dark tracks left by kids and dogs running in and out are gone. I could not believe that the dark areas around the area rug in the family room are gone! The dirty areas in front of the sofas where everyone sat are gone!! I would have hated to see the water when Dennis was done! The pricing was very good. Dennis was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be using only Zerorez from now on!
