So far so good. The two bothersome spots in one of the bedrooms are gone and not returned in 2 days. We are very pleased with the care and competence of the service tech Robert Keith. This is the first professional cleaning since the carpets were installed 2-1/2 years ago. Great job!
Overall the tile and pergo floors look wonderful. We planned Zerorez to come out in a day that we would be gone with the kids. When we returned home the threshold dividing the pergo dining room and tile kitchen was broken and lifted from the floor. Now we will have to pay our contractor to fix it. Also we came home to a pile of trash in the back yard. I assume it was stuff that was under the couch as it was mostly crumbs, Cheerios, and a few toys. We didn't have time to clean under the couch and assumed he would just clean around it. The cleaner had our cell number. I just wish the cleaner would have called us to let us now that the threshold broke.

I was impressed with the technician, Daniel, who did the cleaning. He was courteous, professional and took his time making sure everything was done correctly. The carpet looks great. He was able to remove all of the stains!

after your representative was done, I had to go around the area or areas that he supposedly cleaned to spot clean some spots that failed to come off. I really don't know what you can do to make this right, I just really was not satisfied with the service.

It's beautiful it looks like new flooring that was just put down, they also cleaned my carpets that was done very professionally and smells like new we have several pets and my carpet is like new!'
Everyone was extremely professional. The tech called 1/2 hour before arriving. He called to confirm all the areas I wanted cleaned and he called when he completed the job.
