Carpet seems to stay cleaner longer
My carpets were filthy and now they are clean - The technician was knowledgeable and worked
efficiently - he worked very hard to get these carpets clean - he gave me useful tips about
carpets and maintenance which I can give. He was friendly and pleasant.

Carpets look great. It was like a total restoration to brand new looking carpets. Rashad, our tech, was amazing. Very thorough in explaining the processes and additional optional treatments, and he was fast, clean, friendly, and trustworthy.

While he did a good job he left pools of water on the tile floor. When they dried there were spots & smear marks all over the floor. I had to re-mop the floor to get it to look good.

Every person that has come out to my home, and this was the third time, are polite, respectful and do their very best. I just had my sofa and loveseat cleaned and it was great.

But just as important, your technicians are not only great at taking care of my carpet issues, but they rank 100% in my book of having excellent character.
