Excellent results with an old carpet and dirty tile. Your employee, Gil, was courteous, hard working,answered all questions and checked with us during the cleaning to make sure we knew what was happening and we're pleased. We'd used zerorez in Texas and Sacramento and are equally satisfied with the service and results here in Irvine. Could not be happier. Thank you for such quality service.

Normally your service is excellent but this last time your service needed serious improvement. The equipment was broken, communication was lacking about when the technician would return. Very disappointing.
