You technician was on time and worked tirelessly. Sorry to say it, but our carpet is very old and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. But he did a great job with it and it is much improved. The price was also reasonable for what he had to do. We won't wait so long next time.
No Chemicals
The zerorez process does an incredible job cleaning our carpets & to top it off, it is non toxic!!
As for your service, Robert is an employee to make you proud. He is extremely polite, meticulous & detailed...he doesn't miss a spot!!
Your soap less cleaning process does not leave any residue that dulls the carpet. which prolongs the life of the carpet.

Technician (Brett) was knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, and hard-working.
I wasn't particularly happy that the few stains we had on the carpet are still on the carpet. I wasn't that happy with the area rugs not looking very clean either.

You get the carpet really clean with no residue left in the carpet. The carpet also drys fast. Doesn't get too wet.

The removal of dirt in the carpets left behind by other carpet cleaning services. The carpets after zero Rez cleaning looked the same color in each room vs. what turned out to be dirt shades.

It works
The technician was very nice and he took care not to damage my newly painted walls. I noticed as he was leaving that there was water spots on my wood floors. I showed him and cleaned them up. I thought he had done all of them and I'm sure he thought so too. When he had gone, I noticed lots of whitish spots all over my wood floors that had dried and left marks. My husband and I had to clean it all up. The hose must have been leaking all over.
