I like the email set-up to schedule appointments and the reminder message. that is very helpful. Alex, our carpet cleaner, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the results and will certainly make another appointment with Xerorez when the time comes in a few months. Thanks for your service.
Commitment - on time and job done well
Dennis Smith did a great job he was on time courteous thorough and had a great work ethic and personality. I have a very inquisitive six-year-old son, Dennis even took the time to politely explain to him how the water was going to clean his carpet in his room and make it very nice when he was done. We were amazed with obviously how busy of a schedule he had but he still took the time to explain and make my son understand that everything would be alright that's just amazing customer service.
Robert and Lee we're very professional and didn't push me to do anymore than I wanted. They gave good advice and did an awesome job cleaning the floor.
