I called last minute to get my carpets serviced, just before the holiday. The wonderful, dedicated staff worked hard to squeeze me in.!!!!
The technician Robert Keith was prompt, professional, and most of all, an exemplary carpet magician. As always, my carpets are clean and beautiful. I have been a customer for eight years and will not let any other company clean my carpets. Only Zerorez for my family!!

Zerorez takes every detail into consideration and lets you know what to expect every step of the way. Their communication is great! The technicians are always great, too. They're very friendly and very knowledgable. I've come to expect that from Zerorez and they deliver every time! And my carpet looks amazing, too!

You need to come out one more time for some spots in my bedroom that still haven't been removed. The other bedroom turned out fine. I think one more time will fix it. Still some pretty prominent dark spots left. Name removed

We have used only Zerorez on the carpet in this house; we have lived here more than 11 years. The carpet doesn't look quite like new, but it is in remarkable shape. On this occasion, your technician worked and worked until he was soaked with sweat.

First of all trouble with the truck secondly Alex tracked dirt both in my entrance way and the bathroom which I had to clean (tile) and thirdly it took rest of the day and all night for the carpet to totally dry.
