I like the fact that your product is chemical free, and I didn't have to worry about my dog after the cleaning was done. Also, your technician Darren was very courteous and worked hard to get all the stains out of our carpet (we just finished a renovation in our home).Our carpets are beautifully restored to their new look for the holidays. Thank you Darren and Zerorez!

The carpet looks great and there were no harsh chemicals. Their deodorizer worked great at getting the previous owners dog smell out of the carpets.

Gil arrived at the time promised. He was very thorough and removed all stains and my carpet looks brand new. No odor and dried very quickly. Great attitude, respected my home and was very informative. Best service ever. Will definitely use again. Thanks so much!

Your men are very neat and efficient. Pleasant carpet smell. Our den carpet gets a lot of wear and tear, so we get it cleaned more often than is probably necessary. When your men leave, it looks like new. Thanks

Friendly technician. WIlling to finish his job and lock up my house when finished. Wished have asked me if I had abysmal rugs o clean. He did one and I had two other that needed a quick swipe of Zerorez.

I like how my carpet stays clean much longer than with previous methods. No chemical odor and I don't have to worry about my pets. Dennis is an excellent technician.

Daniel was exceptional. Very thorough and explained all the questions I had, plus gave me carpet tips I wasn't aware of. Carpets look terrific...can't believe how well the stairs turned out...like brand new. I will definitely be calling you again.

The job that was done was a 10 on the scale but I had to wait into the evening before the Tech arrived. Not his fault but the fault of Zerorez scheduling, leaving the Tech under a great deal of stress.

We had some problems arise at the time of the original cleaning but they were addressed and rectified. Everyone at administration was courteous and helpful in solving the issues. Marcel came out the second time and did a wonderful job in taking care of the situation. The carpeting looks great and cleaner than ever.
