Friendly, professional attitude. Good results
I liked that my carpet looks amazing after they cleaned it. It was looking pretty bad but now it looks brand new. The guy Keith that came to clean the carpets was nice and professional. Price was also reasonable.
The cleaning method leaves the carpet super clean and soft. Most of all, the technicians are nothing short of amazing. So polite and understanding, especially cleaning my elderly mother's home.
It leaves the carpet clean and soft without the residual coarseness that are left by other cleaners.
You are doing a good job now.
They work!
Looks clean and smells clean . Service was great.
Your staff are all wonderful. Polite people. They are always eager to make the job perfect. Robert was totally charming and my carpets look fabulous
I used Orange County office twice. Mike & Kevin were the best. They are a large reason I will have Zerorez back.

My 13 year old carpet looks BRAND NEW!! Thank you Zerorez!
Technician extremely helpful. Carpet looks very nice. very efficient as well
Daniel has been our rep at numerous properties. He is always on time and professional. I will continue to use him and the company in the future
The serviceman was nice and efficient, on time and called ahead to let me know he was coming...this is no reflection on his service; but the carpets are still showing pet proteins from urine. I thought those would come up with your process. Maybe a steaming is more effective cleaning after all.

Sal is always very professional and helpful. He does a thorough job and seems to go the extra mile. I like that the product used is non toxic and doesn't leave a residue yet the carpet/tile comes out looking practically brand new. I will definitely be calling again when we need our floors cleaned.

No residue. Carpet feels soft and clean. Why is the word Los Angeles attached to zerorez. We do not live in Los Angeles.
I appreciate the non-toxic aspect of your product, the great service, excellent results (Rashad is the best!) and the contests are fun!
