Prompt and courteous technicians and no soap used.
Dennis called to tell us he was on his way and arrived on time. He was friendly and efficient and great to work with. We had a leak in one of the bedrooms from the recent rainstorm and he made recommendations on how to prevent further damage to the carpet, padding and subfloor.
He's been to our house on a prior visit and I was glad to see him as our technician again. Even my dog was calm and relaxed around him and the equipment and Skipper usually hates the vacuum!
Customer service is always a 10. Products don't leave my carpets feeling stiff or super wet.

Completely "clean" service - no chemical residue to attract dirt in the future.
They do a good job and I like the courtesy of giving me a phone call to let me know what time they're coming so you're not waiting around. With 3 little kids that makes a difference! Juan was great!!

Robert knows exactly what it takes to erase any spot that might be on a carpet or piece of furniture. I can always count on him to do the job and he has never failed. Also, it is a pleasure to talk to the one's on the phone.

Eduardo has been to our home the two times we've scheduled Zerorez. The man is fully committed to quality cleaning! Love that he takes his job very seriously and wants to ensure our carpets are as clean as possible. If we have pet stain issues he works his magic to conquer all the problem areas! Lack of chemicals, good service. The technician was very good and professional. We are overall pleased with the job and will call Zerorez again. 24 hours later did note one entrance area that we will have to do by hand as it is quite stained.

This was my second time with Zerorez. The first time was great and I requested the same person I had last time. I was told that would happen. It did not. However, I had Matt and he was very nice. However, I felt he cleaned in a "record" amount of time and I am not happy with the results especially in my bedroom Not acceptable. I waited to see how it exactly would look after it dried. I was going to call this week but have had an extremely busy work week with long days so I was going to call when I have a day off this week. I want someone else to come and reclean the areas in my bedroom that aren't clean for sure.
