Friendly staff, on time, do good work and staff seems knowledgeable.
The carpets were very wet. We turned on the heater and they were still wet the next morning. Also, he didn't get all the way I. The cracks against the baseboards. He came by himself so it may have been hard to move the sofas alone.

The service guy, Daniel, was very professional and gave us great advices. He thoroughly cleaned our sofa, love seat, chair and stairs. He did almost the impossible and saved us money from replacing our sofa, chair, love seat and carpet on our stairs! Zerorez really did a splendid job. We would definitely recommend them and have them come back and maintain our sofas in a couple of years!

The representative was great and so was the cleaning of the couch. The only issue was the pet treatment used... It's advertised as some type of break-through product for pet stains and urine odor but it didn't work. It was a new stain from a cat only a day earlier but it didn't remove stain or odor.
