Best cleaning job we've ever had. Brett got rid of stains we thought were permanent. By the way, he was super polite and efficient. Next time we need carpet cleaned or if anyone asks for a recommendation, we will definitely call/recommend Zerorez.

my white carpet looks amazing! There were so many spots from my dog, cats and kids. They are all gone!
Compare to the other carpet cleaners, the extra money I paid does not measure up to the hype about ZEROREZ, I've had a return service to re-do the Master Bathroom, one "Highest Traffic Area" I pointed out to the service technician before the first cleaning to take extra care of.
The technicians was courteous and professional. The carpets dried within a few days, I liked that a lot, also, the tech worked to get up old stains from my pets. Next time I will ask about pre-treating areas of hard stains. Overall, zerorez did a very good job on some very filthy carpets.
Carpet wasn't as clean as I had expected. It's only 3 years old and the traffic areas still look soiled. The technician was very Nice and respectful .

We used OC Zero Rez. Sal was very friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. It was easy to make an appointment and I appreciated talking to a live person not a message machine. Zero Rez called the day before and sent an email to confirm our appt. and Sal called about 1/2 hr before his arrival.
My technician Eduardo was amazing and so helpful. The carpets keep amazing and they feel so much better - soft and pure.

Why does the rep wear his regular shoes thruout the house + on the carpets as cleaning - surely he tracked in dirt from the parking lot and walked on carpet as steamed areas, altho walked behind the steamer.
We were very pleased with our technician Robert. The floor hadn't had a deep clean in years. Added to that after a 40 person Thanksgiving the floor was in sad shape both carpets and tile. In tough areas of which there were a lot Robert got down on hands and knees to get the grunge out of the grout. It is great to see there are still people out there that take pride in their job no matter what. I raised my kids that if they cleaned toilets best they have the cleanest ones in town. Clearly Robert has the same ethics. You are lucky to have him.
