The gentleman who cleaned our carpets (Keith) was very friendly and very thorough in getting the job done. i like that there are no soaps and harsh chemicals and that they left me a bottle of cleaner for spot cleaning. I have already referred Zerorez. The carpets are always so clean and last a lot longer between cleanings because the dirt etc doesn't stick. I also use your crystals to spot clean and again the carpet is extra clean. Now I'm using the after shampoo - will see how that works. And, your team is very congenial and efficient!
