Quick, efficient , only a bit more $ than the other carpet cleaning services - and I have seen in the past that YOUR service lasts much longer in keeping carpets clean. Plus the process seems better for the carpet in general. THANKS!!! Also - the cleaners are very friendly and helpful.

This is our 2nd use of your company with this cleaning technology and we are extremely pleased wit the cleanliness of our carpets and the affordability. Our carpets have never been so clean. Highly recommended!!
Initial appointment was not honored, and we were notified of the cancellation 45 minutes prior to our appointment time. Service was rescheduled for the next day. Two carpeted rooms and a tile kitchen were cleaned. Carpets were not cleaned as well as we had hoped, but in the high traffic areas that is understandable. However in the kitchen, the grout was untouched and the surface of the tile actually appeared more dull after the cleaning. In looking at the tile, it does not appear that any cleaning was done at all.
Because of the cancelled appointment we were told a credit would be applied to our final bill, however that was not honored either. Only discount applied was the first time client $15 off. I'm afraid due to all these circumstances we will not be using zerorez again and will not be recommending the service to anyone else.
On a positive note; technician Matt arrived within the appointment window. He was polite and finished the service on time.

Polite and professional technician. I initally had an appt that he was running late for. He called several times to update the time. It got late so I rescheduled. He was going to work late to accomodate me. Very nice people and I was able to reschedule no problem. Love the results!!!

Your company does an outstanding job on carpets. I will never hire any other company for cleaning, and when I have recommended your company to others, they are totally satisfied.
No toxic 'after oders' from the cleaning. Stains have not mysteriously reemerged after cleaning my area rugs and carpet.
Be on time. Was given a 2 hour window and the guy was there almost an hour later
The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the process and answered all my questions. I like that the process doesn't leave residue to attract the dirt right back. I will definitely use the service again.

The techs are friendly and not pushy about their products. The rooms look great after they are done, and they are almost dry, as well.
I have been very happy with Zerorez in the past, however, two issues this time. I have made you aware of the first one, and had planned to discuss the second when someone called me from your office. Having not heard from you, here they are:
1. I confirmed with your office that I needed to leave my home by 1:15 for an appointment (the window was Noon-2) I was told that as long as I was okay with leaving the tech here, you could make it work. No one had shown up, nor contacted me at 1:15 when I had to head to my appointment. My husband had to leave work and come -- and then there was still not contact until 2:20, and the tech didn't show up until 3. Lots of wasted time for both of us that day.
2. After two vaccumings, lots of foot traffic and 6 days, there are still "scrape marks" on two rugs and a couple areas of upstairs carpet. They appear to be permanent. I'm not sure what kind of compensation there is for that kind of damage, but it really is disappointing.
The service was right on time and the work was done very well and efficiently, Our rug looks very clean and it dried in about 8hours - convenient for us.
We especially enjoyed our technician, Micheal!! He was very polite and carefully explained the cleaning process to us. He also made some timely suggestions about our tile/grout flooring and partially cleaned it for us after doing the rug. We are very grateful and happy with his work and for our clean floors. We will recommend Zerorez to our friends and family!
Wow. Where to begin. First, our sofa smells so bad we haven't been able to close the windows since the "cleaning." It's December, my wife is pregnant and our house has to either be cold or smell DISGUSTING. We might have been ok with that except for the streakiness that is all over the sofa now. Granted, it is cleaner, but it looked better dirty than completely unevenly clean and not so clean in discernible streaks. And finally, there is a sticky coating all over our floor and coffee table. My wife has mopped the floor FOUR TIMES since the "cleaning" and we still can't walk through our living room without our feet literally sticking to the floor. Whatever you guys used, I seriously doubt that truly green products would l;eave so much stink and sticky residue. Now I have to pay someone to come in and hopefully rid my house of the scourge you all left behind. I will be calling you and strongly requesting a refund. If not refund is given easily, then I will certainly be billing you for the cleanup I am being charged.
