Profession cleaning without a lot of chemicals.

What I like the most about Zerorez is that there is NO chemical smell or soap residue that remains after Zerorez cleans. We are left with a clean fresh smell to go along with the clean surface(s) of whatever was cleaned. We have lots and lots of dogs at work here in Buena Park, Orange County at Reliable Equipment Rental, along with the dirty boots from the guys who work out in the oilfields and it can get pretty dirty and smelly in the office, but Love Love Love it, when Zerorez shows up because all that is gone when Zerorez leaves.

Your employees have always been very professional (we've used you for years, so have had multiple people over that time.) I like that there's no odor, no soapy residue, and that I get free refills on your great cleaning products that I bought. With two cats and a dog, I use those products often!

Their service was what I expected as I have used them before and they do excellent work in cleaning rugs etc. I Would recommend very highly.

The carpet cleaner who came to my house was friendly and professional and was very honest with me about what parts of the carpet were just dirty and what was actually damaged. He patiently explained to me the difference between wear and dirt and let me watch the difference between cleaning different parts of the carpet. Afterwards, the carpet looked and felt much better. Zerorez got out dirt that was still there after another carpet cleaner had come through. There were no chemical smells and it was dry quickly.

Quick, efficient and effective. Although there seems to be some kind of residue on the carpets which we notice is on our feet at the end of the day when we step in the shower and slip around. Is this normal?
