Your techs have been to my home twice (Brian and Eduardo) for carpet cleaning. They are very courteous, listen, and try to get the job completed efficiently and to my satisfaction. Your cleaning products and methods are different than what I have used before, but I believe they extract the soil better. The Green Guard helps to protect the carpeting much longer between cleanings. All of these factors are important to me--we now have a granddaughter, a toddler, and have her best interests at heart. (My feedback from others is that your services are a bit higher--I agree--so I appreciate the specials that are offered).

The Zerorez employee came and looked at our pet urine stains and advised me that they may return because of it soaking in to the carpet pad below. They were very honest and up front. My carpet is very old but came out looking 100% better. Thanks ZEROREZ (and the price was very resonable)

Have used Zerorez multipe times and am amazed by the results and how long the carpets stay clean… All other cleaning services showed spots within a matter of weeks. Carpets look like new when they're done and stay looking new for many months
Your people were very professional, both on the phone and the technician that came and did the work. He did an amazing job and the girl on the phone was very helpful too. Our originally scheduled technician could not make it and she got someone else to come. He really did a great jov, was courteous and dot our carpets very clean.
