we are a senior couple 84 and 85 respectively and your technician informed us that your customers always have the area to be cleaned removed of any furniture. we had all the throw rugs taken outside along with the chairs. We requested he move two (2) couches and do behind them. He informed us it would cost us another $20. Years ago I could have moved them even though there was no place to put them. I just asked him to move them and clean behind the couches. It will be some time that we call on you again if ever.
Very happy with the he results of both my carpet and sofa cleaning. The technician was excellent! I will definitely request Sal on my next service.
The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was nice and polite. His name is Daniel. He didn't make me feel bad about how stained my carpets were. The carpet looks really great and I am pleased with the outcome.
Usually the work is wonderful this time there's spots on my rug or it looks like they just push the dirty water around

We are very happy with the carpet cleaning. With 4 dogs and a cat, we had stains that were not taken out by our last carpet cleaner. Zerorez got them all out!

I believe this is the third time Zerorez has cleaned our carpets and every time has been an excellent experience, including our most recent one. Sal, our carpet cleaner, was very professional and did excellent work. He communicated everything he had done and ensured we were satisfied with the work before he left.
No use of chemicals due to my allergies and asthma. Did excellent job in cleaning but couple of stains were difficult to remove. However effort was made. Appreciated the effort.

Timeliness and professionalism of the service.
The first time i used your company the Tech took his time and got every stain out of my carpet. He used something called the claw. I requested that you bring the claw again. Marcel said he had it but he never used it. I got a simple spray over and vacuum which left a lot of the heavy traffic areas still showing dirt. Marcel claimed that was the best it was going to get. After he left I rented a machine from Home Depot and spent 3-4 hours going over the heavy traffic spots and removed 99% of the dirt. You could actually see a big difference. I would have paid extra, like we did the first time to have him stay and do the job right the first time.
Easy to schedule, I received a call 30 mins before arrival, Livingston was friendly & helpful, but most of all my carpet looked so nice after he was all done! Great job!
We were happy with the carpets and rugs that were cleaned but we are very dissatisfied with the couch and love seat that were cleaned. I wanted to wait a couple of days before calling to make sure that what we saw was the final result (I.e. before being cleaned they were soiled in an even pattern. Now there are darker areas of different sizes, the piping on the cushions is still dirty. We feel that the couches look worse now than they did before they were cleaned. I can take a photo and send it to you for you to see if you want but we would like a technician to return and remediate the problem.

Once again, Zeorez came through with flying colors (THANKS, KEITH!) This is the first time I have had the hard wood floors done and now don't know why I waited so long. They look great, as do the carpets that were done the week before. I'll never use anyone else!

My only issue is the price of $240.00 to clean an indoor/outdoor rug which I had only paid 99,00 for at Target. I could have replaced it for less.
