Great, in home respect, and customer service. The knowledgeable staff who doesn't try to upsale you on everything. It makes it easier to ask for the extras this way- without feeling pushed into it. Great Work Zerorez!!!

On time, Daniel called to say he was on his way! Once here, we discussed the areas I wanted to have cleaned & welcomed his suggestions on what was best for each rug. Daniel was great, very professional & at the same time, personable. He paid attention to detail & took precautions to protect my hardwood floors.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have been a customer for 6 years, I do feel as if I did not get my money's worth. I have the same areas always cleaned for less than $350 this time my total was close to $400, I was charged a fuel charge which has been waived in the past additionally I was told June specials don't apply to carpet. In November I will be looking for a different carpet cleaner

We love Robert. He always does a fantastic job. He's friendly, professional, and knows what he's doing. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company we use now because the process really works. Robert is the only technician we use now because he always does a superior job.

The carpet looks great when it's done and stays that way much longer. The technicians are always friendly and professional, and I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company.

My Carpet and furniture did not come out nearly as clean as I had hoped. The Tech was very nice and worked very hard to try to get everything clean. However not sure I agree that your water solution works as well as carpet detergent. Sorry! I would love to say that I was happy, but I am not.
