My biggest concern about carpet shampoos is the potential skin reaction on my bulldog. He is sensitive to everything and he hasn't had a negative reaction whatsoever. Our business does not have a convenient water hook-up, so the self contained water function is very desirable.

There is no "upselling", the techs are friendly and fast and professional. They call just before they come and are prompt. The time window is a narrow two hours. The carpet cleaning itself is great.
