Fast, efficient, great job cleaning
great services, on time, very friendly, fast.
Stains came back up, was refused an invoice or written guarentee that I'd received verbally. Was told stains would come out, then knock on door after tratment and payment by serviceman wherein he advised stains would return. Felt like I could hear him laughing all the way home. 48 hours later carpet is still soaking wet and stains have returned more pronounced than ever. I stopped payment on the check.
I thought the serviceman was exemplary. He didn't pressure me into doing more than I wanted to (which has happened to me repeatedly with other companies) and he really knew what he was doing. The service was quick, clean, and my house smelled wonderful when he left.

Although I was not happy with original services, your technician Robert Keith came to fix the problem. He was extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by his work and feel that he deserves praise and acknowledgment from your company. Good workers are hard to come by and should be rewarded.
I have been listening to the Handel show on KFI for years and a friend had a good experience with your services, so, just this month I called for your services. In large part this was also due to the great special you were running as you do cost more than the detergent guys. When the Tech, Brian, got to my home and we began talking I knew I had made the right decision. He has a great manner about him and he is very knowledgeable about carpet and tile cleaning, which I really appreciated. He also kept me posted on his arrival time, which I liked. My carpet and tile look almost new. The tile had never been cleaned (10ish years old) so I am delighted!!!!. Brian was fantastic, polite, professional, friendly, the best. Thank you.
The carpet looks great, the technician did a really awesome job. He gave us booties to wear while the carpet dried. I definitely will us Zerorez again.

I like the fact that there is no soap used on the carpet. The men who have come to clean the carpet are very professional and conscientious. I was particularly impressed with David, who did the cleaning three days ago. He was quite courteous and considerate, and also worked very hard. He did a great job!

I was impressed with the honesty about what to expect with the results of the cleaning. I have a dog and when he was a puppy, well, you know. Frankly, my house stinks a little. even so,I was happy with the results of Zerorez and will use the service again. Gil did an excellent job. Probably because of the weather and because the job was so thorough, the carpet did take a very long time to dry. Knowing that, I will plan accordingly, but still use the service.
