Service tech was friendly and competent. Tile floors look great. Two large area rugs were taken out for deep cleaning. Hope the rug results are as good as tile floors.
Amazing job getting out stains from a VERY stained carpet in my son's room. Dried relatively quickly with little odor from cleaning solutions. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

The last service was the first time i was disappointed. The technician sprayed the tile cleaning solution on my cabinets and had to spend a long time wiping it off, and now cabinets are a little less shiny in those areas. I will try to polish them. There was also dirt left around the edges is some areas and corner where round brush didn't contact. Perhaps he was new or needs a little more training. I forget his name but make a note in my account that I prefer someone else.
Also, I am usually offered a sealer. He didn't offer it and I didn't ask because I didn't want my cabinets sprayed again. I would have gotten the sealer as usual if all had been as usual.
The technician was prompt, friendly, efficient, thorough and careful. He asked for our ok before telling us he was finished. We couldn't believe how he made our carpets look -- they were so in need of cleaning. Eduardo was very professional. Thank you.

My service person was personable, professional, and quick. He did a thorough cleaning of my carpets. Before starting, he indicated that the smell from my pet's urine may return after cleaning, which it did. However, the urine smell is still there after 2 weeks, so I am disappointed. When I called to make the appointment, the customer service representative I spoke with indicated that the stain may not be completely removed but the smell would be. It continues to smell. I give my service professional a 10 but the products or cleaning method used a 5 or below.
They are clean and quick cleaning either the carpets or tiles....and their employees are very friendly
