The products works!!!! The representative was respectful and professional.
The service man who came to my house moved my sofa without me even asking him. I was very happy when he told me he could do that and it would not cost me any additional charge. Also your products are safe and harmless to adults and children

High end (powerful) equipment used
I like the fact no chemicals are used and I like that I always get the same technician.
I realize that 'traffic' areas do not come as clean as the rest of the carpet....but these areas on our carpet DO NOT look like they have even been cleaned. A neighbor came over the day after we had Zerorez out and she noticed these areas right away. We have had other carpet cleaning companies services before and the 'traffic' areas looked clean at least for several days. If you look at our carpet it doesn't even look like it has been cleaned.
To make things right...send someone out to try and clean these specific areas again. But not the same worker.
The service is excellent. Mike is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He also went out of his way to help us with a few issues regarding cat and dog stains.

our technician was the BEST!!!! He was super accommodating and understand of the project we had going on and the little one's sleep schedule. We will absolutely be using zerorez in the future!
