Juan was very helpful and did an amazing job removing the horrible stains on our carpet. Juan was on time and was extremely careful when moving the cleaning equipment throughout the house.

What do you like about our products and services?

Never used Zerorez before and had my Brothers chair and ottoman cleaned he lives out in Hemet on Hospice and I didn't want some noisy machine to come to do his cleaning. They both came out great. The citrus smell was wonderful. Will use them to clean my carpets soon! The techniction was very kind and polite towards my bothers needs. Great job Zerorez!!👍

What do you like about our products and services?

I am thankful that zerorez finally has someone who will come to the San Bernardino mountains. I used to call every summer to see if they had someone lined up yet. Finally in 2014 we had our first cleaning done.
We love the way our carpets look and want to be on a list for next summer.
The young man who did the job was wonderful and hard working.

The technician called and arrived before the scheduled time, introduced himself and got straight to work. He was professional and courteous. The carpet looks brand new. WOW.

The individual who did the work was friendly and professional, and the carpets, though quite dirty to start with, ended up nicely cleaned. The guy did a great job.

Our carpets look very clean now, and they certainly weren't before you cleaned them. The serviceman arrived at the time we expected him and he was very pleasant to have in the house.

Love the fact that there's no residue in the carpets after cleaning. There were old pet stains that Zerorez were able to remove after we'd had another carpet cleaner come in with the usual pet odor remover product. Technician very considerate and attentive to what was needed.

Again, Mr. Keith was on time and cleaned my carpets to perfection. The results were as good as, and much less expensive, than replacing the existing broadloom.

No detergents and use of water softened water.

Great feel to the carpeting. Some areas did take overnight to dry but overall better than other carpet cleaning companies.

The carpet is clean and soft with no residue. Company communication is excellent. Their scheduling is accommodating and reliable. The technicians are clean, polite, and knowledge. Zerorez is the only carpet care for our home!

The techs always go the extra mile. My carpet is over 12 years old but there are no stains and it feels clean and soft. I've only ever had Zerorez clean. Your company is the best!
