I have been using Zerorez for a great many years having besides my carpets, but my granite, tile floor and upholstery and feel like these areas are always thoroughly clean without the awful soap residue left by so many other companies. Zerorez maybe a bit more money.........But You Get What You Pay For!! And I won't ever go any place else for my carpets or other household cleaning. Thank You Zerorez!!

The tile and grout were left wet. When the grout dried it was all different colors. I had to reclamation the grout. Also the technician left marks on the walls downstairs and the machine has splattered dirty water all over the baseboards. I had to spend time cleaning the walls and baseboards after the tech left. Definitely not worth the money.

Technician was on time. Called 30 min. prior to arrival. Came prepared. Was respectful of our home and it's contents.

I had one area that couldn't be cleaned but he did a very good job on my tile. I was disappointed that there was no solution for my problem area though

Did not put foam blocks under furniture as has been done on previous cleanings.
Other than that, the job looks very good!

Your operator, Robert, was wonderful. He knew what type of carpet we had; he told me what he would be doing; he was careful and efficient; he even told me what type of stain remover not to use. I have heard about Zerorez from the Bill Handle radio station for years. I am very glad I tried the product, my carpet dried quickly and looks great. One last trait of Robert's is that he said he always gives a little bit more.His little-bit-more was to clean my five stairs and the landing and gave me a small bottle of your stain remover. Few people give just-a-little-more these days. He is a good worker and valuable asset. Name removed
