Your employees not only clean the carpet or pick up area rugs to be cleaned at your facility (I've had experience with both), they explain what they are doing and give tips on how to do spot cleaning and maintain the carpet or area rugs between cleanings. I am so happy to have found your company as you are much, much better than any carpet cleaners I have used in the past.

Clean and thorough
I like the feel of the carpets after the cleaning, it's like have a clean fresh towel. Matt our technician was polite, on time and answered all our questions. I would have liked to see the water after the cleaning, to see how much dirt had been collected. I hope the clean feel of the carpet lasts a long time.

Carpet on stairs is clean and walking on the steps so much has not caused any stains to come through the carpet as it did the time I had it cleaned by another company. I was told by someone who knows about cleaning carpet that too much soap was used and left in the carpet that left the stains when weight was on carpet over time.

scheduling appointments is too cumbersome. I had to call on three separate occasions and left two voicemail(s). The VMs weren't returned until three days after leaving...

Robert was awesome! We initially wanted to cancel the morning of our appointment, because my girlfriend was feeling a little under the weather. He was very understanding and agreed to just clean our living/dining room, hallway and sectional. The equipment, prep work and end result were top notch. We will definitely be using Zerorez again!!

Great job on hardwood floors and carpets.
We have many pets so I use Zerorez because of their chemical-free cleaning system. I had the tile floor and grout cleaned in my kitchen, family room and long hallway. The floors looked like new after he was done. The tech also advised me to use vinegar and water when mopping the tile floors and that has really helped keep the grout from getting discolored. I have recommended your service to my mom and she has been using Zerorez also for her carpets.
