They messed up my appountment. We're not prepared to clean my tile floor only carpets because they didnt want to empty their tank. Very overpriced.

My carpet looks brand new after getting cleaned by Zerorez. I was surprised at how fast the carpet dried. Robert Keith did an outstanding job. This is definitely the right way to clean my carpets now and in the future.
I have used your services on numerous occasions and I am always very pleased. The people who answer the phone are helpful, and I am appreciative of the technicians which come to do the work. They are always professional, neatly groomed and polite. They show up on time and work quickly. Your excellent service is truly distinctive in today's schlock customer service climate. I do have one complaint however. The rooms in my house are very small, particularly the bedrooms. In those rooms he may only clean the traffic patterns, that are a fraction of the whole room, yet I get charged for a full room. Also, a 4'x10' hallway counts as a room?!? Seem like every cleaning it gets more expensive.
The carpets are clean, dry easily and the serviceman is very polite,thoughtful and respectful, and conveys desire to satisfy the customer.

I feel the end product was compatible to a less exspensive solution. The pet spots I expected to come out came back again in less then 24 hours. I was hoping that zerorez would actually fix this issue.

How clean and curtious your technician was!!! He was very professional about his job also the care he took to make me feel at ease as my mother in law was arriving the very same day that he cleaned the carpets!! This is the reason i will only use Zerorez as my carpet care professionals!!! I look forward to when we have the tile and other 2 bedrooms done. I will be calling soon for this too.

My floor tile got so clean, it was amazing!
The guy that did our carpets was very nice. I was not happy with the carpets after they dried. They don't look any cleaner then before I had them done yet my pocket book is $434.00 lighter. Very disappointed and would not recommend the company to anyone.
Well, I had some stains show up again about 5 days after the cleaning. I was disappointed.
Came a second time to try and clean up the stubborn spots
