Very pleased with the cleaning process. Happy because no powerful chemicals were used with the major carpet cleaning process. We were able to clean more of the hard to get to areas of the rooms cleaned. Very polite, good service person did our carpet cleaning job. We had two bad spill areas and he was able to clean both so there is no evidence of spills. Punctual and polite person thoroughly satisfied our carpet cleaning needs.

The first time we used your company it was terrific. This time was only so-so. The technician phoned at 8:15 said he'd be tonus between 8:30-9. Showed up at 9:15. Not a really big deal, but now that the carpet is dry we have some streaks.

The technician always arrives on time. Our carpet stays clean longer because it doesn't have any residual soap left in it. The technician is always very professional, clean and friendly. The carpet looks brand new when the job is completed.

The technician was very professional. He explained everything about how the cleaning process works and what type of results we could expect. The fact that the cleaning process does not use any detergents or chemicals that can build up in your carpets is what sold us on the product. The price we were quoted was what we paid; there was no up selling or hidden charges. The final results exceeded our expectations but were what we had really hoped for. The carpet looks and feels great and hopefully the clean appearance will last for many months to come.
I can always count on Zerozez to do a great job in cleaning my carpets. Sal Alvarez is so thorough and takes such pride in his work! In the future, my next job for Sal will be cleaning my kitchen tile and grout. Thanks Again for a job well done! Name removed

Having used Zerorez in the past, I used a different service after a friend passed away--after a SHORT time, the carpets looked terrible.
So, I came back to Zerorez. I have before/after pictures, which I think are very good, showing the results of Marcel's efforts.
We've used Zerorez for years and have been very satisfied with your service. We have light carpeting and a black dog and she tends to shed. However, this last time, Darla (our dog) threw up on the carpet yesterday morning and I thought there was no way Zerorez could get those stains out. The technician came in and cleaned the carpet in a little over an hour. It looks as if Darla's accident never happened! Thank you Zerorez!
