I adore Gabriel! Jonathan came this time to do our carpets and did a great job. He was friendly, professional and explained how your service deals with cat urine in the carpet and what your service would do for us.
Will need to see you often if the cat doesn't get herself together!!!

ZeroRez is simply the only cleaning service we've used for over a decade, and it's the best. Technicians always courteous & a pleasure to have in your home. Techs also clearly love this company and their jobs - which means the company is run well. It's just a smart, healthy way to clean your carpets and flooring!
I've used zero Rez three times. The first time I was sold. An excellent job was done on my carpets as well as the stairs. I was especially impressed because we hadn't had our carpets cleaned in about five years. The second time, not so good or thorough. We had our fabric couch cleaned because of smell at where the head rests but the smell was never removed. I decided to give it one more go(remembering how impressed I was with the first job) and I was greatly disappointed again. It seemed as though the guy just straight out neglected problem spots that I had pointed out. He said that he'd been cleaning carpets for 17 years so I figured he knew what he was doing. So sorry but I won't be using nor recommending zerorez again. Three strikes and you're out.

All of your staff are very dedicated. We've had several people. It's a clean product that can clean lots of surfaces and you do it relatively reasonably price and in in the retirement only friendly way.

I called because the dog threw up on our white wool area rug. The technician was not able to get the stain out and let me know he was doubtful about getting it out from the beginning. I wish I would have been told that on the phone--that it was unlikely the stain would come out with your products. He said it was because I put baking soda on the stain, which according to him I shouldn't have done (it was recommended on the internet for getting pet vomit out of a run) I wouldn't have paid to have someone come out if I'd known the stain would look no different. It felt like a waste of money. The back area rug was cleaned and it looks good.I have now called another carpet cleaning company to see if they can do better on the stain.
