You saved me! Another company cleaned my carpets and I began to sneeze, itch and cough almost immediately! I was taking allergy meds round the clock until ZeroRez came and saved the day! The disinfectant plus the thorough cleaning of my carpets left my house smelling fresh and my itching stopped right away. Would HIGHLY recommend ZeroRez.

Ease of appointment. Good Explanation of estimated quote. Good Explanation of what to expect from the driver. Received the call the day before and from the driver 20 minutes before arrival. Driver arrived in the early part of our 2 hour window. Driver/Technician was courteous, respectful, informative and interested in what we wanted done, he did the carpet cleaning efficiently and finished. He explained clearly what to do to help the carpet dry timely.

The cleaning went well. I liked how quickly the carpet dried. Service person, Daniel, was very friendly, helpful. He called ahead and arrived within the timeframe. He got the traffic patterns and various stains cleaned successfully. Only two suggestions: #!.your Phone number removed operators need more training. When I called, they told me they didn't service my area! I knew that to be wrong, because my neighbor had used you.#2.Would prefer not to have to vacuum the carpets myself before you clean, Would rather that be part of the cleaning service. Dennis Smith is a very hard worker and makes sure he has more than met your expectations. The carpets look and smell so good after the thorough cleaning process he used. I have used this company twice now, and both times I found them to be very professional and efficient.

Our floors and counter look amazing NOW. Simple and easy. We had our dental office with hard wood floors brought back to life. After years of tracking dirt and build up from cleaners they were pretty dingy. After the service from zerorez they are just beautiful! We had the counter sanitized for everyone's safety. Very reasonable pricing and great customer service.
I say quit breaking your back trying to restore your floors and let them do it for you. The whole process took about an hour. So worth and your back will thank you for leaving it to the professionals. We are a Highly satisfied customer.
