I did not think the carpet could be saved it was 14 years old and had not been cleaned professionally. It really looks 100% better.

Clean with no smell or residue
The carpet looks much better than last time. Justin did a great job. The Zerorez person who cleaned our home last year was not nearly as good or friendly. "Who" cleans the carpets is as important, maybe even more, than the process. Carpets look great again.
