Once the carpet was dry, there was not that same sticky residue that I noticed after my previous carpet cleaning (done by a traditional carpet cleaner).
They get the carpet clean and feeling good again.
I feel like the carpet was not cleaned as well as it could be. I believe I was over charged an paid a ridiculous amount of money although I'm a returning customer. The carpet smelled after. The carpet did not come clean. I am very disappointed in the recent experience with Zerorez.
I liked the fact the solution used did not lelave my carpet soaking wet, like others. The price was right and included pre spot an they removed stains in carpet that others said they could not remove. They did an excellent job on stairs.

THat is cleans better than most carpet cleaning companies,and the dry time is faster.

Tom was excellent. He called to say he was on his way then did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He also cleaned my husbands favorite chair and it came out great, now we don't need to replace it! We love zerorez in that there are not soapy residue and the carpets are not soaking wet - all dry in a few hours time.

Method of cleaning, polite techs and good prices!
It leaves no residue, no chemicals and the techs always do a good job,they are clean and respectful of your home and they are always pleasant!
The carpet was cleaned professionally...it brought the carpet back to life.
The service tech was so nice and polite. He is an asset to your company. The carpets only took about 2 hours to dry and they turned out GREAT!!!!
Super clean carpet is so soft
Service tech was in time. Even tacked down some carpet that was shrunk by another carpet cleaning company. Already referred your company to friends. Never use one of those coupon cleaners again

Paul The Tech was very professional and even pre-treated certain spots that I had, unfortunately It's been two weeks- and Surprise, the spots are coming back! I assumed that it would stay clean a few months longer. I was happy, however my happiness was short-lived because stains came back. I've spent too much money!!!
