I got my carpet cleaned and it came out perfect. When I got my tiles cleaned, it left smuges and a film on the tiles. The grout seal came out perfect. I paid $469 on March 28, to get my tile clean so I wouldn't have to clean it myself because of my back injury. Someone needs to come back out and take a look at the results because it wasn't like this before. Seems like it needs a good rinse. We're out of town and will be back April 1, 2013.

There was a significant mix-up and change in our appointment time frame. No contact regarding the change. I had to call for status and we spent the entire day at home.
Please check for oil leaks from your service trucks.... cleaning the driveway shouldn't be necessary. Either fix the leaks, park in the street or put something down under the truck to catch the oil.
My service is always good. On time, clean, friendly and a super good job.
The no chemicals. The stains don't "come right back" within a sort period of time. The fact that it seams to extend the life of the carpet compared to traditional cleaning. My furniture, a faux suede, feels brand new every time. The office is professional and does not "fish" for extra charges.
Everything!!! This time I had the tile cleaned and the carpet. Both times that I have used you they have done an excellent job. This time was exceptional. The young man that came out did an absolutely amazing job. Although I used you a few years back, a couple of days ago I signed up for Angies List for other kinds of services. Carpet is so clean. Spots never return. Technicians are friendly and quick
I hate so say anything because I won a cleaning. But I would have been even more disappointed if I had paid for the service. The carpet is crunchy and its been enough time for that feeling to soften but it still feels crunchy. The color of the carpet became darker instead of lighter and the edges of the carpet are dark grey/black. One room that had different older carpet did turn out excellent. But the newer carpet I had installed 2 years ago is sadly in worst condition then when we started. I am really sorry. I don't mean this in a bad way and I am not trying to be ungrateful but I thought you should know.

I didn't like the fact that the rugs felt damp for up to 36 hours later- thought they would be dry within 8 hours
That you use no toxic chemicals, and the carpet shows really clean after the process is
completed. I also want to use fewer chemicals in general, for the benefit of our environment.

Overall the upholstery cleaning was very good, however, there was one area that may not have been pre-treated and still had a bad odor.

I loved the e-mail I received reminding me of my appointment and other information. I think my favorite part of the service was the technician asking me to make sure all of my personal belongings were still in it's place. Now THAT'S customer service!
Let me make it clear, your worker Jose was excellent.
However, it might just be that your product is inferior. The stains and dirt on all three items remained. I thought that once it dried the stains would appear less, but there was nothing removed. Even stayed dirty at the edge of the couch cushions. I decided that it was soooo bad I just now took one of the cushions out of the siipcover and washed the cover myself and threw an extra cushion away. I now even put two of the pillows in the washing machine to see what I could do to make it cleaner. Nonetheless, I cannot do anything with the stains and dirt that remained on the small chairs along with the rest of the couch.
Very disappointed.
