Should give a discount when a client receives several services. Say 10% per service after two services. In general Zerorez in more expensive than local carpet cleaners. Your technician did a good job, but a 20-30% premium is high.
The carpet looked great when he finished. All the spots I thought were there forever were gone, excpt the black nail polish. Larry, was very professional but friendly. Already posted on FB to my friends.
Albert was very helpful and professional. He made the whole process go very smoothly. I feel relieved knowing I have a reputable company to contact for cleaning and stainguarding my floors and furniture. I also really like that the product used by your company is non-toxic. I am very pleased with the results.

CARPETS ARE ALWAYS LEFT TOO WET!

The gentleman who came and cleaned our carpets and tile was professional, polite and fast! We had the carpet cleaned in four bedrooms, living room and hallway and the tile cleaned in our kitchen...and we were amazed at how quickly he was done.
Your technician Robert was very knowledgeable and did a great job on our carpet. He did such a good job that I requested he come back to clean our tile and grout.
I love the results, the speed it takes to clean the carpets, and the professionalism of Robert.
Quality of product and service
I now have marks on my carpet tat were never there before. I also have white marks on some wood furniture that was never there before. I would like someone to come at and look at them an try to clean them. Thank you

Jose Minjares was polite, professional, thorough, and did a great job! This is the second time I've used Zerorez-the last time was 3 years ago. That shows you what a good job was done the first time. I won't use anyone else!
The initial price for the two rooms was excellent. This was $139. I added an area carpet. This added $120. I added a couch. Another $120. Added a small couch. Another $100. My final bill totaled $490.00. I think the cleaning effort was a good as it can be. The tech was great. He worked hard. Knew his stuff. Friendly. In the end I'm surprised that I started at $139 and ended at $490. I should have negotiated this over the phone at the very beginning. This was my first time using Zerorez. I was not sure of your capabilities overall. I had to learn the difference between spots and stains, and the price to clean these. What happened to me is not your fault. I'm just telling you how I feel about the overall experience. If I recommend you, I will tell my friends to list out the ENTIRE job when you request the initial quote. Measure the rooms, etc. Do not expect the add ons to be inexpensive just because the initial price is so reasonable.

No chems
Tech was a nice man but he did a lousy job... didn't move furniture or place protective pads under ANYTHING (except one piece). I have used Zerorez four or five times and this is the FIRST TIME EVER that has happened. How do you not protect wooden legs from wet carpet? The whole job from start to finish took only one hour (two bedrooms, a hall and a 12 by 14 area rug). So you tell me just how much time you think the rep took to do the actual work. I have had that same work done in the past, and it took the rep two to three hours to complete. I also found a cat vomit stain that he missed, in the corner. Annoying. All this for "low" price of $250?

David, the technician, was very efficient,professional and polite. I would request David the next time. I also like Kieth was my technician in the past. The carpet came out clean and beautiful. David sprayed all spots everywhere first which made them disappear faster and easier.
Zero Rez is the only carpet cleaner I would ever use, no chemicals and the steam is of ph water and the process extracts all water from carpet.
