I like the fact that there is no chemical residue. My husband has allergies and I have four cats and I like knowing that there is nothing in the carpet to hurt them. Plus I love the person (Larry) who comes out. He is so nice and friendly. I always look forward to seeing him.

Liked the original carpet cleaning very much, but wouldn't recommend for the tile. Residue left on tile and sticky feel so I had to clean it again. The grout looks splotchy. Serviceman nice but product not right.

The areas that were cleaned were great, however nothing was moved. I understand that large furniture can't be moved, but small items could have been slid.

After the carpet dried the carpet not on,y felt clean but it seamed fluffy... And didn't have that chemical feel like other carpet cleaners...
Technician was very couteous and polite. He explained the process for cleaning the carpet and made sure it was done thoroughly. Our carpet looks GREAT!! I will not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to my friends and family. Zerorez far exceeds other carpet cleaning services we have used before.
The service tech was friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. Our carpets are beautiful. We have a large dog who brought lots of dirt in just after the cleaning. We sprayed the zerorez cleaner and the dirt came right up and has not returned. In fact non of our prob;em areas have any of the stains returning.

The carpets seem to stay cleaner long with zero Rez. Although i can get my carpets cleaned for less than half the price by other companies, i like the results i get from zero rez. I struggle having to spend the extra money, but at this time i will continue to use your company...
You do what you say you will do; show up on time and do a suburb job of cleaning the carpets as requested. You technician was great. Did a great job. Understood what we wanted and do it.
