The person who cleaned my carpet fully explained the process to me and displayed the difference from before cleaning and after cleaning.

It depends on the individual that provides the service. Any future appointments I would like to request Chris, he does a thorough job. Monday the hose from the truck went across the lawn (instead of driveway) killing the lawn where the hose was.
I love that your vehicles are clean, your staff is super friendly and professional and my carpets look fantastic when you are finished. The carpet doesn't smell like perfume or chemicals. You guys to it right!

The attention to detail while cleaning, fantastic process, friendly technicians, and good value for service. I would suggest implementing a soft-reminder process to encourage customers to have regular cleanings (such as annually). I couldn't remember how long it had been since my last cleaning and would appreciate having someone notify me when it was time to have it done again.
