I like that you use alkaline water & no soap residue. My carpets look good & clean
I have used several different carpet cleaning companies in the past. After using Zerorez for the first time in early 2006, I can honestly say my carpets were the cleanest I had ever seen! There was no soapy residue to attract dirt and spots did not reappear, which was wonderful because I had white carpeting. I have never been unhappy with the service or the products offered by Zerorez!
The cleaning process lasts and the service is great!
Our technician, Gus was fantastic. My husband came home from work that evening after Gus had done the cleaning and said, it was the best job we had ever had done cleaning the carpets.
Carpet was very dirty from indoor animals. After cleaning the majority of the dirt was gone. A few stains returned.
Gil Rogers was great-------he shared product info with me -----had me check each room for my approval after cleaning. In short, all your service people should use him as an example !!!!

work on the traffic areas and seems to be dryer the some we have used. I do have a question the invoice shows $150. I wrote a check for $200. Did some extra area over the coupon rooms.

The carpet really looks good. Next time though I will wait until hotter weather because my carpet is just now completely dry. They were cleaned on Monday and today is Friday. very happy with the results though.

I think the alkaline water is the best way to clean carpets, so you have the technology down. However, I don't feel that the tech did a complete job. I called in and your office is going to send him out again. But that's an inconvenience to me, so I would prefer to have it done properly the first time.
Bryan, the technician, was very professional, courteous, and nice. He did a very thorough and excellent job. I liked that your company provides the plastic booties, and even more, that Bryan took the time to put the booties on when he came onto the carpet. I cannot say enough good things about how Bryan conducted himself. I am very impressed with the results of the cleaning. The BEST results I have ever had -- this was my first time using Zerorez and will not be my last. I will always use your company in the future. My friend has used Zerorez for years since she heard of your company on KFI on a show where they only recommend products and services that the on-aire people have used and liked.

the quality of you equipment
Completely impressed with my carpets. They look and smell amazing. There is one section near the bathroom door that the carpet doesn't look as good as the rest, but I'm not sure if this is due to wear/age/or it got missed. The tile is clean, but the grout still doesn't look as good as I had hoped in some places. Guess this is just the way it is??? Will only call you for my carpets from now on. Not sure I'll have the tiles done again.
