service tech took extra care when cleaning our carpets.no soap makes a big difference in the way the carpets dried.
The carpeting in the room was clean, but the carpeting in the closet is not. Now I am starting to see areas that look dirty in the same place they were dirty before you cleaned.
Too wet to0 long. Didn't brighten carpet anymore than a lesser expensive service we have used in the past. Very courteous young man who did the job.

Your representative, Chris, obviously takes great pride in your company and his work. Both, by the way, well placed! He did such a great job. We had our carpets "dry cleaned" recently with less than good results. Chris picked up the old sawdust residue and the carpet sparkles! I took pictures and videos. Its amazing. In my business, I prepare homes for sale as well as deal with move-outs and move-ins...I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends and clients. Thanks
The man who did the work was wonderful. However, the carpet didn't look any better after the job was done. Stanley steamer seems to be able to remove the stains better. Sorry!
It works soooo well and is a safe product. We have tried other more economical means and vendors to clean our carpet and have never been satisfied. My carpet always looks newly installed after cleaned by your company.

The product is environmentally safe, which is good for my family, and the product worked very well in cleaning the carpet and the tile floor in the kitchen. Both look like brand new. The servcie representative was professional, knowledgable and efficient. I will use Zerorez every year for my floor cleaning.
The product was odorless, the process quick and easy and it seems to have worked. The technicians were polite, professional and kept me informed all the way through the process.
When I booked the service, the appointment was 3--4 pm. At 3:30 I got a call from Ben the technician saying he was running late. I am very flexible and this wasn't a problem, but if I wasn't you would of lost the job.
The job came out very good, completed in alittle over 1 hour.
The technician called prior to our appointment to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. We were thrilled with the results.
The service was pretty good for my tile and grout cleaning and sealing, tech showed up on time and was cordial and professional, but I feel the results were lackluster. There are still multiple splotches and spots on the grout that I had expected to go away once the sealer dried (as was explained by the tech), but never did. For the price paid, I expected better results. Perhaps another pass-over or focusing on the splotchy areas would have yielded better results.

The customer service over the phone was exceptional, very helpful & professional. The technician who came to my home answered all of my question and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. My carpets look great, he left booties to wear over our shoe until the carpet was completely dry (which took no time at all). I am very happy with the results, all stains came out and the carpet looks brand new again. I would never use anyone else. Thank you Zerorez!!!!
Your technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only disappointment was that the stains in my area rug came back within 3 days.
after about 2 weeks my carpet looks dirty did not clean the way I thought and spending $200 dollars I expected better. I will not recommend Zerorez.
Professional, easy, knowledgeable techs not to mention very effective carpet cleaning.
The cleaner forgot to leave the plastic booties and missed a few areas (like behind the doors) but otherwise the carpet looks clean. I would also recommend that the cleaner leave a refrigerator magnet business card with your contact info for future use.
Appeared to do a good job of cleaning
Even though the actual cleaning fees were high than my usual carpet cleaning company, my carpets seem to stay clean longer; helping to extend the life of my carpet.
Your team member was a real pro and believed in his product. My wife and I now do also.
