Everyone was courteous, calls and response times were good. Technician, Robert Keith explained things well and did a good job.
Unfortunately I have an area that the spots are coming back through.....can this be treated once again?
The carpets were cleaned wonderfully, but the dirty water was dumped in the street in front of our house and now there is a huge stain covering half the street. It looks terrible. I never expected that we would move the dirt from looking terrible in the carpets to being on display in front of the house.
Your process appears to be very effective as our carpet looked very good after the cleanup.
Your technician was very good in contacting us before his early arrival and went about his business in a professional and efficient manner.
The technician was extremely cordial and professional. He arrived on-site 15 minutes early and thoroughly explained all aspects of what could and could not be achieved, based on the age and wear of some of the carpeting.
The heavy traffic areas in our den and living room are still darker than the rest of the room. Some of the runners were well-cleaned; others are visibly darker. Two bedroom carpets still have stains.

The man was very nice that cleaned my carpet and it looks great we wished we would have been told how much it cost to stretch the carpet it was too much for the small amount that was so I would tell people to get the pricing before other work is done otherwise I was happy with the carpet cleaning
I think your process is a great idea. Your call center personnel was courteous and helpful when I needed to call back for a later time. Diego did a great job. The corner furniture protectors are a good idea. Diego was professional and pleasant. I'm glad I have a certificate to use for the next time I need carpet cleaning.
The rugs look great and I even recommended Zerorez to my neighbor. Unfortunately your truck leaked diesel fuel on the driveway and on my neighbors driveway.The roads were recently covered in black top and the stains are very visible.

The call center was friendly and explained the cleaning process fully. The technician was courteous, on time, left little booties for the damp carpet. And the carpet looks WONDERFUL! I am a Zerorez customer for life.
I like how clean it stays because no soap is used. They can clean our home in an hour to an hour and a half. They are very efficient. Our carpet is 17 years old, but doesn't look it as they leave it so clean each time that it doesn't wear out.

I love the fact that Zero Rez uses no soaps to clean. Larry was super helpful and taught me what to do and what not to do. He even rearranged his schedule when I could be home at my appointed time and he had to fix his truck when a belt broke. Larry is the best and I will be asking for him when I need my carpets (and tile) cleaned again.

No soap used in the cleaning is a big plus with all our allergies and sensitivities to chemicals.
I called on a Friday morning and asked if I could get a rush appointment that same day and the call center lady was so nice and took time to make sure I received the appointment. My technician Dennis was so wonderful! Very professional and a very nice person. I will absolutely recommend you.
