LEFT MY CARPET VERY CLEAN
Fast, Friendly, Prompt, and most of all CLEAN!!!
As soon as the technician starting cleaning the carpet, a REALLY BAD SMELL started to fill the air. It smelled like bleach! I commented about it to the tech and he said that he has smelled the same thing since he got the new truck. He said that other people have made similar comments. As the day went on, my nose and sinuses became irritated. The tech also said that there should be no problem later. Well, that is NOT THE CASE! The bleach smell has dissipated a lot, but still can be smelled especially in the living room which is the largest area to have been treated. Now, however, ANOTHER SMELL has taken over! It is a dank, dirty water smell! We are concerned that the carpets are developing mold or something from the carpet having been so wet. OR that the new truck has malfunctioning new equipment that is using dirty water and/or is separating out and using the acid water and not the alkaline water for the treatment. I called and reported this problem to your office immediately after the tech left. I also called on Friday to let the office know that the problem still existed. We decided to try Zerorez as you were highly recommend by an acquaintance. All we needed to have done was to clean the carpets particularly three areas with spots. There had been NO smell! I was curious about the process. We have been using Precision ChemDry for years with no problems- spots are gone and only a clean fresh smell is left. TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR US, either get rid of this odor problem or refund our money if this problem is not completely gone by Monday, April 15. We are having company here April 20.

The carpets really come out clean- spots were gone--and they look like new. I also was pleased that the associate phoned prior to coming so I could know exact time to expect him. He was prompt, courteous & efficient. He also checked to see if I had some of
your spot cleaning solution left & explained how to use it.
The service tech, Jose, was very helpful and gave us advice to prepare for next zerorez service.

When we purchased our new home, the carpet was fairly new and without much wear, however there were many, many issues with pet stains. I had some serious concerns, but wanted to save the carpet if I could. Zero Rez treated the carpet with and enzyme first, then sanitized the carpet at an extremely high temperature. When we moved in, I could NOT believe how good the carpet looked!! It was like brand new! We also had the travertine floors cleaned. This was also amazing! When we first bought the house, the stone was grey, but when Zero Rez finished it was a creamy beautiful color. Flooring I thought I wanted to rip up, is now one of the highlights of my new home. Thanks for an amazing transformation! I have recommend this company to everyone I know and will continue to do so!

The technician is polite and professional. My carpet is old but looks like new after the cleaning and it stays that way much longer than when it was cleaned using a detergent.

The service man George was very professional and took his time to do the best job he could.My carpets are 16 years old and need to be replaced soon as the walkways are getting stained.We also have a few stains that did not come up. Over all, the service was good.The service was done on Tuesday and the carpets took a few days to dry. I liked the fact that soap was not used with the service.

I did not particularly like the service I received on the phone. In fact, I found one of the people I talked to quite rude. I almost did not keep the appointment. My technician, David, was exceptionally good however. He was polite articulate and highly knowledgable. You are very lucky to have him as an employee.
My carpets are very clean and I do not have to worry about the chemicals when my children are in the carpets. I also really liked your friendly and very knowledgable staff including the great techinition that came to our house.
