service agent couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He worked his tail off to make sure I had super clean carpet. Before I hired you I really didn't think the carpets would come clean. I was so impressed that what you were able to do
I had 3 services done. I received quotes from your company and a traditional carpet cleaning company. The price for your company was 3 times higher than the traditional company but I was willing to give it a try because of your environmentally friendly approach. The 3 services were carpet cleaning, grout cleaning and the cleaning of a sofa. The sofa came out clean and I was happy with the outcome. The carpet appeared moderately clean but wasn't anywhere near the level I was hoping for (Carpet is only 8 months old and still appears dirty in areas). The grout cleaning doesn't look like it was even done. It looks no cleaner then had I done it with a mop. Infact, I scrubbed a few areas with a sponge after the tech left and was able to get the area clean.
The product, results and the employees all deserve a 10.

Robert arrived on time and was very courteous, and explained the cleaning process to us thoroughly. He was respectful of our home, the furniture, and the newly laid hardwood flooring, being careful up and down the stairs. Mr. Ware was able to continue with his computer work during the entire cleaning process. There were no remaining odors from the cleaning process or sticky residue. Zerorez is an efficient and professional carpet cleaning service.

once you have cleaned the carpet, I have the "cleanest" carpet in town. I also want to commend your technician Jose Mijares, he did a superb job. (best job of all technicians that Zerorez sent previously)
Clean
For the first couple days (2-3) after the cleaning the carpets looked amazing and I was very happy. But as days went on, I noticed more and more stains were returning for some reason. It's like the cleaning job just covered the stains up for a little while. Zerorez was more expensive than the past carpet cleaners that I have used, but was willing to pay more since I liked that there were no chemicals used. I can't see paying more if the carpet does t really stay clean.

Do believe the process is very efficient at removing carpet soil without detergent residue. If your service was more competitive, I would use it more often. Your tech, Dennis, was very personable and congenial and took great care to do a great job.

I thought your servicemen were great! They even did a portion of my stone floor to show me what it would look like, which I am definitely going to have my stone floors done. As far as the carpet, the next day I felt like some of the more traveled-on areas almost looked worse, as if the dirt had come to the surface and stayed there. I have used a bit of the spray solution that was left and it helped but was a little surprised to have to do that. Like I said, I was very impressed by the front area of travertine they did. So I guess I would very likely recommend for stone and I haven't even had the entire floor done yet and I'd just explain about the carpet result.
