The rugs came out vey clean & we thought Marcel was very professional
I made an appointment on a Thursday for someone to come out. I had an important work meeting come up so I called zero Rez informing the person that I just can't make it and won't be prepared. She said that someone can move the furniture if I left the door open. I said ok to that originally then after feeling uncomfortable about it I call back a few moments later to cancel that appointment and just reschedule it for another day. I rescheduled it for Monday between the hours of 3-6. I picked my son up from school at 2:05 and arrived home at approximately 2:15 walked in to my home to see things disheveled and moved around. I said "hello" and a zero Rez person came downstairs. He was not authorized to come into my house for the Monday appointment and was an hour early! My house was a disaster and the poor guy was picking up Legos! No one had spoken to me on Monday and furthe NO ONE has verified with me or told me that the note to go in my house was also moved to the Monday appointment. It's a simple thing someone could have said "is it still ok if someone comes into your house on Monday to which I would have said no. I was so extremely dissatisfied. I had him leave and spoke to someone in the office who gave me a 50$ credit and a 20$ credit on a future appointment which was nice but wasn't my intent. It was completely and 100% wrong that this whole thing took place and I am still very upset about it. The gentlemen who cleaned the carpets did a great job (as usual) and I feel extremely bad for him that I went off on him after seeing him in my house because this is clearly an office issue NOT an issue with the cleaners. My house was not prepared to be entered none the less carpets prepared to be clean. With that said....i love the way my carpets look after zero Rez but I will certainly tell the people who use you what happened and to be extra cautious with notes on their accounts.

I like that they are environmentally safe. I feel comfortable that my dog is safe lying on the floor after the cleaning service, and the carpets clean up very well with your products.

zero residue, carpet dry in a few hours not days. Carpet feels clen.
The technician was wonderful with all processes - however my carpet was still very wet the next day. I was told 6 hours to dry. The carpet was cleaned on Saturday afternoon-Sunday morning I got up and opened the windows downstairs and sliding glass doors upstairs and turned on the ceiling fan and after 5 hours it was still wet-I feel that a better extraction process would be very beneficial.
Makes our carpets look brand new again! Best they have ever looked after a cleaning!

On time. Tech, Brett, was friendly and helpful. He did a great job on getting the carpets clean and getting stains out. Have already recommended Zerorez to my office coworker.
Environmentally safe and no chemicals or residual odors.
Quality of the cleaning is very good. Our carpet is 20 years old and Zerorez takes the well worn track marks out and makes it look the best possible. The Zerorez technician was very good at explaining what could and could not be accomplished.
