Everything - Process, Call center, technician and service. All was excellent. The technician was very courteous and explained the process thoroughly.
The process works. I believe the reason we are still using the carpet we have is because of Zeroez otherwise we would have replaced it by now.

This was our first time utilizing Zerorez, due to the advertising on KFI 640AM radio; Bill Handel. The call center, e-mail notification of appointment, prelude phone call to confirm our appointment and advise us of the name of the technician(s)was professional, courteous, efficient, as well as, the technicians. The technicians were also well-mannered, well-groomed, pleasant, explained the cleaning process as the work progressed, were happy to answer any questions, and to reiterate, professional, courteous and efficient. The technicians also took care of our home, being cautious around walls and wall corners; thank you for that. Thank you for the plastic booties to wear while our carpeting completed the drying process. Thank your for explaining time frames with regard to putting furniture back on carpet and vacuuming. We are pleased that the technicians wore uniforms, are YOUR employees (not contracted out) and that the truck was clearly marked. Also, we were pleased that the technicians called to inform us that they were en route to our home. You sent a great team to our home; please extend our appreciation to them. Keep up the good work; we will explore additional services that your company offers.

I like the ease of service and that they call when they are on their way. I like that fact that it cleans the carpet without leaving behind a soap deposit.

No Soap is used which means no rez in sleft in carpet to pick up new stains.
