no chemical use
My carpet looks almost new (its old). No soapy feel.
One thing I would recommend - I was not told there was a trip charge and didn't know it
until I got the invoice the next day. Also my carpet had ripples (I called and asked about
these and was told it was normal). Customer should be told this so that they don't freak out. I was told they did disappear one the carpet was dry and they did.
The products are free of most chemicals so that is a big plus.
Your staff representative, David, was friendly and professional. I would request him again.

Your technician was exactly on time, extremely courteous, very competent and explained the procedure to me at every step.

Difficult to answer since this was my first experience. I think I need a few months to assess the effectiveness. The young man, Bryan I believe, was diligent in trying to remove stains. I purchased your product and will use it for spot removal so that next time cleaning the carpet should be easier, hopefully.
Brian came and cleaned my carpet. He was quick, courteous, and very professional. The carpet looks so much better.
I am just over the top with the service and the out come of the service. From my initial call handled by Roxanne to the farewell of Marcel at the end of the service, I was very impressed. cleans well, does not get dirty quickly, so cleanings go longer.Like the touch up kit! I sent in a $25 referral card to you and it was returned today stamped business reply permit cancelled. I did this last time my carpet was cleaned for 3 of my friends and never got any credits.

Service was great. There was constant contact from the time we had made the appointment up until when the job was finished. The gentleman who came to do the cleaning was very professional, friendly, quick, and accommodating. Carpets were dry sooner than expected and looked great.
After remodeling our home we only have wall to wall carpeting in a very small area, but we have area rugs in several rooms. I just think 139.00 to do an area rug that takes very little time to do is too expensive. I will need to look for other options next time I have my carpets cleaned. We did not finish the job this visit as I was not preparted to pay almost 500.00 to have 1 living room, master bedroom, stairs and 3 area rugs done. NIce job but just too expensive.
