It's hard to say .... my carpets were really really dirty when Zerorez came out to clean. After the carpet dryed, some of the high traffic areas are showing dirt still. It could be because they were so dirty to begin with.

There was a small area where he said might smell as it was drying do to pet problem, however there was no odor at all. the carpets were not stiff when dry, & dried quickly

I was told this was a "chemical free" cleaning but it is not. You use two chemicals in your solution in which I have the MSDS sheets on. They can cause irritation and/or damage to the respiratory system if inhaled, gets in your eyes, etc. I specifically stopped using Stanley Steemer because I was looking for "chemical free" cleaning. I was not only told it was "chemical free" by the scheduler but also by the tech who cleaned my carpets. My past dog used to vomit after every time they cleaned my carpets. I have health issues, allergies, etc. My dog also has allergies. I sent an email to you about this to the admin email address but no response. To the contrary, I do love that there is no residue and the carpets feel soft and clean. I am not sure if I would use your service again or not.....

The carpets smell fresh, look clean and stay that way longer. The service man did his very best to get any marks out of the carpets and he had a pleasant demeanor.

I really liked the cleaning of my ceramic floors in the kitchen. What a difference! :)

the work appears fine ... didn't expect it only taking 50 minutes when the previous team member spent so much more time. seemed more value previously...however this rep could have just worked in a faster manner. No conversation on up sale for tile/grout. Was surprised. Would definitely prefer the first team member I was provided.

We love Robert. He's very professional, and seems to know exactly what he's doing. We have cat corners, and it's wonderful to have someone with experience fixing our problem. Today our carpets look clean and smell fresh. We appreciate his hard work. He said we could ask for him when we have our carpets cleaned (as he isn't "only" a specialist), and we will definitely be doing that! Thank you for sending us such a nice, hard working, knowledgeable person.

I like that no chemicals are used and so far no stains have resurfaced

Call center - the woman who made my reservation was very disorganized and I had to repeat things several times.

Trip charge - sorry but this is a BS charge. The only reason I booked the service was benefit off no residue cleaning due to children but was really annoyed to find out i had to pay extra for the technician to drive. A $140 for something that took the tech less than an hour to do should more than cover your cost.

On time and the cleaning seems to last longer than other cleaning companies

Besides the fact the carpet looked brand new when they finished, the Cleaning Crew were friendly and had a professional attitude and appearance. I must say the blue booties are a nice touch, great little extra. And like I said, the carpet is amazing. There were stains that had been there for months and we knew our own steam cleaner wouldn't do the job. I heard Bill Handel On KFI always praising their service and I concurr. Will highly recommend their service to everyone I know. Oh, and the cost was very affordable.

Zerorez really gets my carpets clean!

The man you sent was fine, but the first time I used Zeroez the man was wonderful. The only way you could tell anything was done,the carpet looked like new. Thia time when the carpet was dry you copuld see the marks of the attacment to the hose on the carpet its self. Hsd to vacume and that made it look better. I am not sure the mans name tha came the first time, you poebably have it in your files, but the next time I will ask for him directly. I will recommend you as your certainly attentive too your customers.

Your Tech, Larry Sanders was very professional, conscientious, and courteous. We're very pleased with the job he did. The one thing that I was a bit displeased about was when I received the receipt, via email, and saw that there was a "Trip Charge" included. I don't believe that was ever mentioned in the estimate, or when he discussed pricing with a neighbor of mine who was at our house while he was working. I would have preferred to receive a receipt upon payment, and without any surprise charges. I's appreciate a call back to discuss. Thanks.

I really love how clean and fresh the carpets are after your services. Jose was wonderfully knowledgeable and very helpful with maintenance and up-keep. He was also very forthcoming and knowledgeable about products to support the treatment and ways to keep stains from damaging the carpets. We had some terribly tough stains and he was thorough and worked quickly and diligently. On one of the very toughest stains (probably cola embedded with months and months of dirt ground-in) he used a product that actually lifts the stain out over a period of 4-5 hrs and it was exactly as he said... GONE. I only wish I had before and after pictures... you may want to suggest that in the future for your employees to keep track of their wonderfully, thorough work. Thank you for the great job and thank you for the reasonable prices that will make it easy to keep on a regular maintenance schedule. WE LOVE YOU ZEROREZ!!!! (And Jose was AWESOME!!!)
