Everything about the process, the technician, the product and the experience was great. Note that my expectations were already high because I've listened to your commercials on KFI 640 for years. Now I'm anxious for the remaining expectation, namely that the spots aren't going to return in a week.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our Technician, Robert, was great, I would definitely have him come again & recommend him to others. He explained everything and took the time needed to do the job. He also cleaned a sample area that wasn't part of the order so we could see results. I didn't have such good luck with the call center. My first call to Elaine was great. I called back an hour later to add to the order & Elaine wasn't available. The 2nd call center person questioned the pricing of the first order and (it seemed) whether I had an appt, or what tech I would get. Also, for 2nd call telephone connection was awful & she had to call me back (didn't help). Everything got straightened out but the experience of the 2nd call wasn't as positive as the first. What could we do to improve?

I understood that none of the big furniture was going to be moved, but I was expecting some of the smaller things to be moved for cleaning. Over all, very friendly service and good end result.

first of all, your technician Larry Sanders was a fantastic representative for your company.He was very courteous and honest with his answers.

I am a little concerned that some of the spots are starting to come back already.It may be that the spots are going to come back regardless because he worked extremely hard trying to clean the spots. It may take a little while longer for them to dissapate.
Regardless, I hope it works out, and you still will get a good referrel from me!!

I have only used Zerorez since I installed my carpet approx. 6 years ago. I find your call center extremely efficient and responsive. Your service technicians are always Polite, knowledgeable, Prompt and helpful with specific 'stains or issues'. I was, as always, completely satisfied with the results and my carpet continues to look exceptionally good even though it is 6 yrs old. I will continue to use Zerorez indefinitely.
