The process was quick. There was no chemical smell. The technician explained the process and what he was doing. He got a spot out that I thought was impossible to remove. He was very friendly and polite. So far, no spots have returned.

Ease of scheduling Appts. Staffis neat, knowledgeable and tidy. Your truck, however, dropped a great deal of either diesel fuel or oil on our newly resurfaced street in front of my house right where I park and get out of my car. I don't know how to clean it so I don't track it into my house. I guess I'll have to start removing my shoes. Other than that mess, everything else was good. It's not Richard's fault but is whoever is maintaining your fleet. Thank you.

All are top quality....very informative, always kept us "in the loop" We are very happy with the results.

First the technition helped himself to 1/2 bottle of Pepsi without asking. I would have gladly offered him something if he had said he was thirsty. After our service for the next several days the house smelled of "mildew" eventhough I ran our A/C as instructed by the Tech to dry the rug. When I tried to call customer service I was told to call the Tech and he offered no solution. Eventually it went away. 2 weeks after getting the cleaning a huge stain apeared in the area we had cleaned.

Roxanne booked my appt. she was very friendly and took my problem to heart, my dog got sick on my carpet and it was not pretty, she had me booked the following day, the service man Ricky was very good, fast and friendly, he got the job done! My carpets look and smell much better! I will use your company again for all my cleaning. Thank you.

Professional, on time, efficient...

I hesitate to even say this because I don't trust your company anymore to do a good job like in the past. The carpets smelled terrible, like someone used dirty water, they are still drying. Small spots that I asked to be treated were left undone. I am sorry to say, a complete disappointment.

I've been using your service since you started in Irvine, CA. I always will recommend you to neighbors and friends. Most in my neighborhood use you also. The technician Larry who cleaned our carperts this week was very professional, knowledgeable. Usually, the same 'tech' comes out; this time I had a new guy. Larry told me he been with the Zerorez just a few months and that this is the best company to work for. Call center is polite and offers any discounts available, this is a huge plus as a returning customer

The service person, Dennis, called me just before he left your facility so I knew for sure he was on his way.

The technician (Keith) was an outstanding person,and was super courteous and hard working..... I find it awesome that Idrink alkaline water,9.5 ph, and I kind of felt cool about finding out you use alkaline water for your cleaning process. I,m impressed with how clean my carpet is, thank you Zerorez and Keith for an awesome job!!!

Don't overload the technician's daily schedule. He was scheduled to be at my house vetween 3 and 5 pm. He showed up at 6:10 pm. He had called and said he ran into a very difficult cleaning job and was going to be late. I had to have the house clean that day due to the new renters moving in on Sunday, July 1. I had a sceduled appointment at 6pm in oceanside. I was late 1 1/2 hours.

I needed a few spots cleaned due to animal accidents yet they still smelled and were dirty after the cleaning and I will need to get them recleaned by another company.

For the first time, my carpets actually look clean when the service was completed and stayed looking clean!

I was able to get the day and time I wanted for my carpet and sofa cleaning and the price quoted on the phone was exactly the same price given by Dana when he arrived(on time). It was all very clear. Dana was excellent at explaining what he would be doing and I trusted him in my house. He did a great job and everything dried quickly too. I'm glad I chose a green company that didn't use any chemicals or soaps as that is important to me. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Dana.

The technician Livingston was on time and very professional, his vehicle was very clean, he was very polite to the family.
