Robert has performed several different services for us, ie, shower tile, leather sofas, porcelain floors, carpets, etc. The result of Robert using Zerorez products is always amazing. The sofas glisten and the floors dry quickly and look great. Thank you Zerorez!

You do the job well, professionally and quickly. The technicians are friendly, polite and well trained. Dennis was my service provider and I hope he is able to come next time. We waited a week to respond to this feedback request, to see if our nasty old stains "reappeared" as they had so often in the past -- and they have not! It's like we have new carpets! Great, great job, and the technician Brian worked very hard. Thank you!

All I know is that the service, cleaning job was fantastic. The effort given by the young man showed his concern in doing a wonder full job. At 72 years of age, I was limited in moving things around... HE JUMPED IN AND HELPED me.

I like that you do not use shampoo so there is no dirty carpet in 1 to 3 months. You also stand behind your product and service, never stopping until the customer is happpy. A true customer comes first attitude.

This is the third time I have had ZEROREZ at my home. The carpet cleaned 2 times and my sofa and love seat cleaned once. I can't say enough about the professionalism of their technician Dennis K.
He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and very careful using the equipment.
