The service was excellent! From the beginning everyone was professional and wanted to be of service. Eduardo, the tech that came out was great. He knew his product answered my questions and was very efficient.

The first man who cleaned our rugs just before Christmas did not do a good job.....carpet not clean and very wet.....the fellow who came back later to make it right did a fantastic job ....cleaner than it's ever been!!!!
Sorry I did not get back to you earlier as I should of and sorry I didn't have him redo the small rugs over ...tell him I am very pleased and thank him...

The operator told me that I could include the tiles in my kitchen are for the $139.00 price along with two carpet areas but this was not the case. Dennis the technician who came out to wash my carpets and tile told me that this offer is not valid (to my disappointment). Please tell your operator at the office not to mislead potential customers. Fortunately, Dennis did an excellent job cleaning my tile and carpets!

I was happy with service. I used the $199 Valentine's coupon for tile and carpet. The one thing that bothered me was that when I made my reservation on the phone, I was told I could combine tile and carpet in the 600 feet, and also us footage as a credit towards sealant. When my technician arrive (Brett, very nice) he told me I could not combine. On his first visit for carpet cleaning, I had asked him to measure my tile and give me a quote. He measured 165 sq ft. This time he measured over 200 sq feet. He did agree to include carpet cleaning of one small bedroom, however I had to pay $100 additional for the sealant.
It got my tile and carpet looking new again!
The carpet cleaning job was fantastic. My only complaint is that the technician that came out commented that because the carpet was really dirty he should have charged me more, but then said he didn't. I have used your service several times in the past, with the carpet being in the same condition, and have never been told about a potential additional charge. I don't know if this was a scare tactic to have me use your service more or not, but I didn't like it.
Our carpeting was in dire need of cleaning because we have 4 cats and 4 dogs. It had lots of pet stains which I didn't think would ever come off but Zerorez did an excellent job. Pet stains and odor are gone and our carpets looks almost new. Having Zerorez clean our carpets is sure less expensive that replacing them or having wood floors installed. The technician was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Zerorez.

The technician called when he was on his way to give me an ETA, he was tolerant of my dog, set up parameters to keep my walls and floors safe and I love the way your solution cleans my rugs. It is more costly than most carpet cleaning services but you get what you pay for! Thank you very much.
