The technician Robert is very thorough

The attention to detail while cleaning, fantastic process, friendly technicians, and good value for service. I would suggest implementing a soft-reminder process to encourage customers to have regular cleanings (such as annually). I couldn't remember how long it had been since my last cleaning and would appreciate having someone notify me when it was time to have it done again.

The only drawback for me was the price; although the trip fee was waived, it was a bit expensive.

I am happy with the service. However, I wanted to have my ottoman cleaned but the truck that came to the appt. did not have the equipment to clean furniture.

I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family. The technician, David Valencia, was great. Our carpets were in bad shape and I was really impressed with how clean he got them. He was on time, very professional, answered any questions I had and made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving. Next time I have my carpets clean, I would definitely request that he come back to do the job. 10+ for the service.
