Zerorez is a great way to clean the carpet.....the cleaning last longer than other systems...the carpet actually is "fluffy" after Robert is done. Also, Robert is a great tech....he is so pleasant to talk too when he arrives, he finds the trouble areas and does a great job to be sure all areas are clean...he goes the extra mile and represents the Zerorez company very well.....thanks so much.
The technician, Robert Keith is beyond great!!!!! He goes out of his way to be helpful. He has serviced my home 4 times now. The last visit was only one week ago. Bright yellow Epson printer ink had leaked out of my printer onto my beige carpet. I thought I would have to replace my carpet. Robert was in the area when I called his cell phone. He was there within an hour and was successful in taking out the horrible stains. I have extra cards and give them to my neighbors. I feel sorry for the folks that still use regular carpet cleaning companies with stains returning. Very thankful for Zerorez
No chemicals, once the carpets were dry, all the odors were gone. The carpet feels brand new again.

As a returning customer, I was surprised to hear that the protectant was going to be an extra charge. What I liked about Zerorez in the past was that you didn't come over and then add additional charges. As a courtesy to returning customers, it would be appropriate to mention your new policy to charge separately for the protectant.

I like that the techs showed up on time and were honest about the services they could provide. We got our vents and our carpets cleaned, but the way our upstairs vents are shaped made it difficult to thoroughly clean them. Instead of just doing what they could & charging me full price, they explained everything to me and gave a discount. I also had some adhesive glue on the carpet from the previous owner. They did spot treatments & everything they could to get the spots lifted. They weren't completed removed, but the carpet looks 10x better than when they first showed up. I will also be making a call very soon to have our kitchen tiles cleaned & sealed.
I like that the product does leave a residue and dries quickly.
You let me know up front what to expect, the price over the phone and information in the email.Your were willing to cancel the first appointment and the second appointment worked out very well. Edwardo was here on time and called and gave a 20 min window when he would arrive. He was very curtious and explained what and where he would start. I spoke with your company today and told them that my carpet had areas that were uncleaned. I live alone except for one cat and my carpets were cleaned by Zerorez only about one year ago, they were not dirty! But, due to moving furniture out of my home, I wanted to clean the carpet that was behind furniture that could not vacuumed. If this was cleaned by Zerorez, it did not look clean. Also two other areas were shown to the cleaner both twelve inches by twelve inches, they were not cleaned to my satifaction.
I would have telephoned Zerorez but thought that if Zerorez had cleaned them professionally then, the areas were uncleanable. I decide to try cleaning the areas with my hand held Bissel. The carpets came up clean and the water extracted from the carpet was a grey/brown in color with dirt settling at the bottom of th water. Your Company said tht they will telephone me tomorrow May 31 2013
The carpets are clean and great to walk on, now matter how they start out. And the service is always wonderful. Marcel is the greatest.

Robert was very professional and thorough.
There was no chemical smell, just a pleasant citrus smell. The carpet looked very clean upon completion of the work. The rep that came to our house was very friendly and helpful.
I feel safe and comfortable with the technicians. They also seem to know a lot about their product and how to clean spots, etc... I've had a few experiences with other companies where the guys didn't seem to know what they were doing, charged a lot more than I anticipated, and seemed like maybe they'd just gotten out of prison. Yikes!
Gets out all stains and leaves the carpet fresh and clean
