Robert Keith did a beautiful job cleaning all the carpet in my house, and also a 20-year old club chair that looks like new. Knowing there are no harmful chemicals being used, was a relief to me and my 2 little dogs. I will certainly share Zerorez with friends and family.

Carpet cleaning was not nearly as thorough as in the past. I just phoned today to schedule a redo. Sorry to learn our technician has been sick. Glad Zero Rez is willing to come out and do the job again.
Instead of repeating how bad my carpets are because of dog pee which I already knew how bad they were, don't keep saying it and what you wont do or wont guarantee I got it once just clean them like I asked in the beginning without guarantee and treating me like I live in a dive of a home. My home is a beautiful home and yes my puppy was hard to train I get it.
