The techs listen to the consumer and they will clean your carpet thoroughly.
I had the carpets in 3 bedrooms & the kitchen tile cleaned by Dennis Smith. He was very friendly and took great care in making sure that everything was done just right and worked very hard at cleaning the grout in the kitchen. He really did a great job and made sure that I, the customer, was happy.
I will surely recommend him to anyone who needs to have their carpets & floors cleaned.

The product took care of all areas that were stained and cleaned them up like a new carpet. The service rep was very effecient and did a fabulous job. What impressed me the most was that the carpet was dry within a few hours of cleaning as well as stain free! I will definitely use Zerorez again.

ROBERT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. HE EXPLAINED WHY OUR PREVIOUS CARPET CLEANERS DID NOT GET THE CARPET CLEAN. HE SHOWED US THE SOAP RESEDUE LEFT BEHIND - A LOT - WHICH IS WHY OUR WHITE SOCKS WERE ALWAYS DARK GRAY AFTER WALKING ON THE CARPET.
