It's a deep clean and my carpets look like new
You are always on time and always call ahead when you are on your way. With two cats, a dog and two teenagers my carpets are always in frightful condition when you come out and they always look like new when you leave.
Tom the man who came out and cleaned my carpets and furniture was sooooo professional...he did a great job..
plus his truck was amazing..as soon as he opened the door I new it was going to be a great job...are all of your trucks like this one...I have only seen one of your trucks before but it was an ordinary van....I am looking forward to having Robert here on the Nov 6 to dye some places on the carpet amd get my carpet clean ...the neighbor across the way loved the job Tom did and took his card and will be giving you a call to clean his carpets and things....I am glade I used you thanks to Bill Handel on KFI....

They are clean and most efficiently! But I do have a question, the picture on the van of the man drinking the water....well, when is that supposed to be done? The man in the picture actually cleaned my carpets and he told me that someone had asked him when he was going to drink the water. That got me thinking....what is the picture referring to? It does not make much sense to me now.
My wife is visiting her sister in Las Vegas and I used the Zerorez powder mix to clean the pathway from the kitchen to the hallway while she is gone, and if she doesn't notice the difference in carpet clean when she gets back home I might as well walk around naked.
The way the carpet looked,smelled and how fast it dried and the wonderful gentleman that cleaned my carpet.
I am a repeat customer. The non-sticky result really makes the price worth while. Dana, the gentleman that cleaned my carpet is to be commended. He is a real professional and cleaned my carpet to his satisfaction. His sweat equity was greatly appreciated.
The carpets, marble floors and granite counter tops look amazing. I love that you don't use chemicals or soaps. I've been using ZeroRez for floor and carpet care for about 9 years, in Seattle and here in southern CA. Robert did an amazing job, and he came back on his day off to finish buffing the floors. It would have been a 3-Advil and 2-glasses of wine day for me after all that work! Robert also gave me great maintenance instructions that were really helpful. Thank you!

Technicians are considerate and responsive. I'm not thrilled about the arbitrary fuel charge it should be part of your advertising.

Our carpets came out beautiful. The technican was very professional.
Our carpet cleaning technician Dennis was prompt and professional. We immediately felt at ease with his Knowledge of carpet cleaning and how well he took care of our home. We have to admit that we were skeptical of the cleaning process and were concerned that it would not do the job we expected. The results were simply amazing! It really does do what they say. Took a full 24 hours to fully dry, but no odor or signs of residue left behind. I'm looking forward to seeing how long it will stay this clean.
