The carpets are really clean after and feels so sof.t
This was the second time within a couple of weeks that we scheduled you to perform some repair work in addition to cleaning. On the first go around, the tech showed up without the necessary tools and supplies so I chalked it up to a simple miscommunication. The second time (the most recent appointment) I made a very specific point of mentioning the repair work when I made the appointment. Moreover, when your people called to confirm the appointment, I again reminded them of the repair work to be done and that I did not want a repeat of the experience of just two weeks before. The young woman said she would make sure the reminder got to the tech and that we could expect him to show up between 9:00 - 11:00 am. Around noon I got a call from the tech saying he didn't get the word on the repair and had to stop by somewhere to pick up equipment and supplies. When he had not arrived some two hours later, I called his cell phone only to learn that he was still trying to get his hands on the needed supplies and hoped to arrive in the next 45 minutes. He finally arrived somewhere around 2:00 p.m.
Long and short of it, I lost a whole day of work due to miscommunication within your organization. And it was the second time it happened.
While I have no complaint about the quality of the work that was done, the whole experience left a sour taste.

The technician was very professional and informative.
When our rug was returned, it had a round wet spot about 10 inches in diameter. I could not ask the technician what had happened and how to best clean it up because he had called me while I was at an appointment at 10:50 a.m. To ask me if he could drop off the rug. I said no as I was busy and not home. I asked if I was scheduled to have the rug delivered between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. He said yes. I asked him to deliver it then. He complained about having to stay in the area until then. He called me again at 10:57 a.m., still in the middle of my appointment, and asked if he could put the rug on my porch. I told him no. He asked if he could get a neighbor to take it. I said no. He asked if he could put it on my back patio or he would just return it to the cleaning facility and I could reschedule another appointment . As we were going away on a trip the next day, I told him to go ahead and put it in the backyard. This caused me to have to help my husband carry it into the house after we tried to dry the wet spot in the sun. Very disappointed!

Well the concept is amazing a chemical free/soap free carpet cleaning but even after a call back for spots that reappeared they are coming back again and we even paid a bit extra at the service call for the added product that was recommended to prevent this.
I do not feel we can call back for another service call as when I called the for the one we received I felt like I was putting them out and being a bother.
I am very sad as I really wanted to have my home carpets cleaned if the results were wonderful from the business carpets.
They were friendly and informative. They came out quickly and explained what they were doing and why it would work.
Workers have a pride in what they do for their customers. We had tar stains on our rug from our dog .We thought that we would have get new carpet .Robert came out and got every bit of tar out of our carpet !! It was amazing. !!!

The company owner was extraordinarily helpful in figuring out how best to access my home and clean my carpets. When a glitch occurred with the equipment, he made very generous arrangements to make up for the disruption to my schedule. The representative who followed up the following day did a superb job in cleaning not only my wall to wall Berber carpeting but smaller area rungs as well. I am extremely pleased with Zerorez.

This is a the best value I've EVER received for carpet cleaning. Honestly, I've never seen results like this! David is a pro: efficient, courteous, conscientious and proud of the work he does. We live in a small place and he spent an hour and a half making sure everything was perfect. I paid less last time....and the operator stayed less than 30 minutes and the results showed in a few days (not good). I highly recommend Zerorez and be sure to ask for David.

Every service tech has been extremely helpful and trustworthy. Brian was here this time and he was extremely conscientious. The results of the Zerorez product are excellent. I will continue to be a customer.
I will say I was out of town prior to my appointment. The office staff called my home leaving a message that I requested a specific tech--which I did not--so how that instruction got attached to me on your computer I have no idea. The message told me I could not have that tech and would have to reschedule if I wanted him. The next day an irritated person left a message to tell me if I didn't return the call I would get whatever tech was on hand and not who I requested. Again, I did not request any particular anyone!!! Since I was out of town, I couldn't respond to the calls until I got home. Once home, I called immediately and explained the situation and all was well. However, if this was the first time I was doing business with your company I would think twice because if the office staff was cranky and mixed things up from the get go, I would wonder if I was going to have an equally unhappy and confused person in my house for a few hours working on my carpets adding on charges or something. Just saying, you asked for my opinion.
Performance of the product and serivce level of the technitians
It works amazing, no soap residue left behind. Your technician, Gil was so awesome. My tile floors and grout look as good as the day we put them in. So happy with everything and would recommend both Zerorez and Gil if you want excellence.
I wanted the 3 room special that I have received the last two years. This year I was told even though my area was very small in square footage I had to pay a much higher rate. I am not sure the 30 minutes to clean was worth the price.
I love the fact that there is no residue left on my carpet and it looks so great!!
