Dependable and highly professional

I decided to try Zerorez because of the endorsement by Bill Handel on KFI, who is my favorite radio host.

I’ve had my current cleaner for several years, who is such a nice person and runs his own business. Unfortunately, the quality of his work has been diminishing and being the loyal person I am, I hated to switch.

The process that Zerorez uses though makes sense and was presented well by our technician Gil. We were lucky to have him because from the moment I took his call to let me know he was on his way, to his arrival and completion of the job, he was professional, knowledgeable and very sincere. I would say a credit to Zerorez.

My carpet is clean...showed up in time

I am furious with the whole process, especially the outcome.I am seriously considering a report to the BBB.
I paid $235 for a job that took approximately 35 minutes from start to finish.
Furniture was either not pulled out or partially pulled out. Two heavy couches and an end table were pulled out and left. The cleaner was to come back to help us reposition but has yet to call Also, not one single protector was placed under any of the furniture.
Finally I was charged for a second floor unit when in fact I live on the first floor-unit 154.
I have had this service before and was very satisfied I like the green concept. However, i will never have the service again and would never recommend the service to family or friends. I feel totally taken and even question the quality of the cleaning.

Process to schedule service was very timely and efficient.
The technicians were excellent. Very knowledgeable about their trade. David Valencia and Chris were friendly, efficient and caring.
I would not hesitate to use Zerorez again. My carpets are twelve years old and they look fantastic.

What I like about Zerorez is that you made my daughter Julie Chase (who happens to be one of the most fastidious people I know) so happy with your process and technicians, that she absolutely insisted I give you a try. I knew I had done the right thing when I opened the door and saw Tom Nihil looking immaculate with his shiny truck in the background. Technicians were good (on time, good communication...)

Some of stains came back up in the living room. The technicians went over the hallway twice and this area came out excellent. The technicians went over the living room and dining area only once. The technicians did get stuck on this one spot that I did not expect to come out but they were able to get it out. I think they should have gone over the living room one more time.

For the price, I expected just a little better or cleaner outcome.

Your Technician, Livingston, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are requesting him to do another job for us.
