The ease and efficiency reagrding scheduling appointments, the email offers, the communication with the technician regarding arrival time, the end result!
One thing I had to mention to the technician during the process was to push the botton to recline the sofa, chair love seat to clean underneath. It would have been nice if the furniture would have been moved around for complete cleaning. This is my only negative.

I LOVE that you use chemical free products that a tuly work. My carpets looked magnificent and there were no chemical odors or residue. I will never use another carpet cleaning service again.
Everything looked so clean and fresh once he had completed the job. When I vacuumed 24 hours later, the carpet felt really clean, no sticky residue.

The service providers were AMAZING. IN particular, I have to note that Sam went above and beyond in his work with me to get the carpets and tile cleaned up. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with his work and his commitment to customer service.

Technician arrived early and was very informative on the product and service
Marcel, the technician who came, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the options in regards to a pet urine problem I had and what results I could expect from each option. He worked thoroughly and quickly. I appreciated the half hour heads up call and he arrived at the time he told me. The results were excellent.
I like that my carpet is clean and soft. (not crunchy like it has been in the past after other cleaning services.)

I like the fact that Zerorez does not use soap as part of the cleaning process. The use of soap will cause spots to return and dirt to collect on the surface of the carpet. I am also pleased with the treatment of puppy urine places (at this time) with the protein product to draw them out.

You actually get stains out. You use products that appear to be safer than other companies. Your service technician was very professional. I was pretty impressed with everything.

Apparently you don't move furniture anymore or put protectant on (without extra fees)so I don't know if the value is better than other companies now. I still like the green cleaning though.

The products used in cleaning our carpets and furniture are wonderful. They are very effective yet they don't leave a strong odor - it smells very light and clean. We have dogs that love our couches and also love to shed. You would never know we had animals when the carpets and furniture was all clean.
Not only is Dennis is awesome, he is so nice! He always does a fantastic job when he's here! He is very punctual and very thorough in his cleaning and always goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is cleaned the way I want. Thank you Dennis for all your hard work!
The service was done very well and in a timely manner. I would suggest that if the service person could just not mark up the base boards with black marks, meaning not to hit the base boards with each stroke his machine. All my base boards had to be scrubbed with a Magic eraser (that worked well) to get the black marks off. Other than that, he did a great job!

I like the way you show up on time, answer questions, give good information,the fact that you respect our home - I liked everything about it. Sam is a wonderful face for your company.He's knowledgeable, polite, well informed, and did a great job on our carpet. I'll be using zerorez again - hopefully with Sam!
